AT THE FIFTH DCA

- September 2009 - Wireless connection available to attorneys and parties who have business with our court.
- Effective November 1, 2008 - Administrative Order 5D08-01 establishes requirements and procedures for e-mailing pleadings.
- August 22, 2008 - The Supreme Court issued a tolling order, Administrative Order AOSC08-39, due to Tropical Storm Fay.
- August 2008 - In all civil cases, a Docketing Statement must be submitted to the Court. November 2008 - form has been revised to include fill-in fields.
- Effective July 1, 2008, a fee of $295 must be paid to the Clerk of the 5th District for filing a notice of cross-appeal, notice of joinder or motion to intervene. s. 35.22(3)(b), Fla. Stat., as amended by SB 1790.
